Peaceful place to stay with very very nice and welcoming staff. Free parking on site provided. Good pool to relax in too. A great restaurant available in the hotel. What a nice stay, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful. All of the staff were incredibly nice and excellent. The location is exceptional, situated on the hills before reaching the cottage. The hotel room came with a delightful fruit basket. Conveniently located close to the ferry to Lombok and a lovely beach.

The hotel is IMPRESSIVE, with an excellent breakfast, air-conditioned rooms and a very comfy bed. The staff is helpful as well as venue's host. The hotel has a great restaurant.

Our stay at this incredible guest house was absolutely mind-blowing! The owner's friendliness went above and beyond as he helped us secure an amazing price for a return ticket to the Gilis. We were blown away by the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere of the place. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a private bathroom that had a jaw-dropping bathtub. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the beach access and engage in thrilling activities like fishing and snorkeling. The staff were always there to assist us, whether it was arranging a convenient airport shuttle or providing us with insider tips. We felt like VIPs with their exceptional check-in and check-out service. And the fact that they have a shared kitchen where we could prepare our own meals was just fantastic. Plus, we were relieved to discover that the property had a strict no pets policy, ensuring a peaceful stay. All in all, this place surpassed all our expectations, and we can confidently say it was the best accommodation we've encountered on our epic two-month trip through Asia.

The room at Pondok Mimba was awesome! I loved having a balcony with a sea view where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The seating area was also a nice touch, giving me a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, it's just my preference and others might still find it stylish.

I had such a great stay at a lovely place in Padangbai. The owner was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a VIP. They even gave me a free ride to the harbor, which was a huge help. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a delicious breakfast every morning. I disliked the bathroom, as there were many bees flying around and the floor around the toilet was always wet. the WiFi wasn't very strong, but that seems to be a common issue everywhere.

We had a lovely stay at a place very close to White Sand Beach, away from the crowded madness of the port. the hosts were wonderfully hospitable. the gentleman running the place was exceptionally good-natured and helpful with refreshments and information. the woman taking care of the rooms and guests was really sweet and wonderful. Sometimes other people helped and they were wonderful too. Our room was simple but fairly large with a bathtub and separate shower in the bathroom. the hot water and water pressure were the best we experienced in Bali, even in more expensive places. the breakfast served with kindness and care each morning was yummy. For an affordable spot near White Sand Beach, I don't think you could do better. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing and offers double value for money! The owner treated us like VIP celebrities, giving us a free drive to the harbour and helping us with everything we needed. They even let us leave our bikes and half of our luggage for free. The stay was adorable and the location couldn't be more perfect - calm, yet just 5 minutes away from the harbour. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home, offering us coffee whenever we wanted and even cooking dinner together. They provided us with a fantastic scooter to explore the area and gave great recommendations for less touristy spots. The room was spacious with a great bathroom and amazing air conditioning. The shared balcony was a perfect place to hang out in the evenings. The location was walking distance to the harbour and two of the best beaches in Bali. And be sure to visit Stone Bar at White Sand Beach for some of the nicest and funniest staff and delicious cocktails. this place exceeded all our expectations and made our stay in Bali unforgettable!

This place was a hidden gem. We stayed for 4 nights overall and loved absolutely everything about it. The owner and his lovely employee could not have been more welcoming. We enjoyed many conversations during our stay. They would do anything for you. They rented us a very comfortable almost new moped for 8 days for a very good price so we could travel the North of Bali. He allowed us to keep our large backpacks at the guesthouse until we returned. Lovely breakfast each morning. Always offering coffee or tea whenever you got back in from an outing. The guesthouse itself is beautiful. The owner has put a lot of hard work into building it up over the years. Rooms are large with AC. Bed is comfortable. Very good shower. The guesthouse is off the main road but still walking distance to town if you don't want to rent a bike. We were sad to leave this place. I really can't praise it enough.

our honeymoon stay in padangbai was amazing! pondok mimba exceeded our expectations. everything we needed was in the room, the hosts were incredibly nice, and the breakfast was the best ever. they even offered us a scooter rental and snorkeling glasses. their travel advice was very helpful too!
